Nicole Martine was raring and ready to establish her very own beachwear brand. She had plotted out the mantra, merchandise and marketing scheme, and was looking for a team to launch her dream e-commerce store.
Roy jumped into the creative, and produced a glam island theme – which translated into a style guide and brand elements. From there Matt took Nicole’s list of requirements and the creative direction – and distilled the details and costing of the project. Some wireframing and theme exploration allowed John to get the master pages coded and ready for Nicole’s imagery and blurb. E-commerce experiences are fairly straightforward. You entice, browse, select, check-out, and wait for your goods to be delivered. However the devil really is in the detail. By fine tuning the customer journey so that they truly fall in love with the experience of your brand – takes time and effort.
