About This Project

Meeting John and Kim whilst sitting at their office bar overlooking the Johannesburg skyline, left me resonating over what they had just shared.  A collaboration took place over the course of 5 and a half years. Although that’s half a decade – it must be quoted, that good things simply take time. It was only until 2016 that the physical structure of the building was complete.

 

THE APPROACH
Since the R’new brand was real in the sense of bricks and mortar. A rather large gap of brand presence had to be filled digitally. This was no simple task, as the contradictory R’new experience and offering tested even the most acute minds in how to package a wellness centre, come wedding venue that happened to distill it’s own Gin – encouraging you to leave with a boot full of moon shine on your way back to the city. Our approach was collaborative, courageous, and creative. Those are the three C’s that somehow kept John and Kim’s ambitions and dream centered.
